1. Order Cancellations

a) Before Shipping

2. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • The order was canceled before shipping.
  • The returned item meets the eligibility criteria (unused, in original condition).
  • The item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

b) Refund Process

c) Non-Refundable Cases
